- Customers must bear international shipping charges and any paperwork/customs charges.
- Alternatively, you can arrange delivery to a contact in India (family, friends, or known associates) who can coordinate the collection for you.
- Full payment is required for order processing.
- We will share tracking details once your order is shipped.
6. How long will it take to receive my saree? ▼
For ready sarees: 2–3 days.
For sarees that require dyeing, embroidery, printing, or customization: 4–20 days, depending on multiple factors such as labor availability, raw materials, weather conditions, and logistics partners.
Possible Delays: During peak seasons like festivals or promotional offers, dispatch may take longer due to a high volume of orders.
Location-Based Delivery Time: Final delivery time after dispatch may vary depending on how far your address is from city limits and if your area is categorized as sensitive or restricted by courier partners. Such areas may experience longer transit times.
Commitment: We strive to stick to our timelines. If there’s any change, you will be notified via your registered email or phone number.
Delivery After Dispatch:
Within India: 3–7 working days.
International: 7–14 working days (depending on customs clearance).
7. How is my saree packaged? ▼
Returns, Replacements & Refunds
8. What is your return/replacement policy? ▼
- You must raise the complaint within 24–48 hours of receiving the parcel.
- Mandatory Proof: A 360° unboxing video from parcel opening to showing the product and any damage. Without an unboxing video, complaints cannot be registered.
- The unboxing video will be evaluated, and approval/disapproval will be communicated via your registered email or phone number.
- If approved, the customer must ship the saree back within 48 hours of approval, covering the shipping cost themselves (up to ₹100 per order).
- Please avoid using expensive courier partners to minimize your return shipping cost.
- As compensation, a discount coupon of ₹100 will be issued for the next purchase, valid for 3 months.
- No exchange or refund is provided for pre-booking orders or bulk orders.
- No Returns for Subjective Reasons: Slight color variations may occur due to lighting or digital photography. Returns/replacements will not be accepted for this reason or for subjective quality perceptions.
- Handloom Saree Note: Minor thread pulls or threads coming out are common in handloom sarees and are not considered defects. No return, refund, or replacement will be processed for this reason.
